Design Notes
Due to the high secondary structure of FF4 miRNA, this part was assembled with standard restriction cloning methods, specifically using enzymes AscI and BamHI.

This part is composed of the Delta-3 ligand from Rattus norvegicus and the synthetic mCherry fluorescent protein engineered from the green fluorescent protein isolated from Aequorea victoria; the sequence for the four FF4 micro RNA (miRNA) tags was synthetically produced.
